EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE PROBLEM
- If products have to be exchanged mail has to be dropped us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 2 business days.
- We will arrange a reverse pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece delivered of the required size.
- For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/ unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
- In case the new required size is not available, we will treat the refund under our return policy.
EXCHANGE AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT
- You just need to drop us a mail at email@example.com mentioning that you need to exchange a product.
- We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.
- The product should be unused/ unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- As soon as we get the product back, we will arrange to dispatch new product and adjust any amount paid towards purchasing the product with the new product value. The new product value should be equal to or greater than the exchanged product. If the new product value is more than the exchanged product , client will be asked to pay the additional price/ difference price value.
